How Eco’s Pilates collects, uses and shares your information in the Ecos Pilates app.
1. Information We Collect
You provide
Account — name, email address and phone number.
Bookings and packages — classes you reserve or cancel, packages and credits you buy.
Payment — card details, collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number; we keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, authorization reference).
Profile photo — optional, from your photo library.
Collected automatically
Device data — device type and app version.
Push token — if you enable notifications.
2. How We Use It
Create and manage your account.
Process bookings, purchases and payments.
Send booking confirmations, cancellations, reminders and receipts — and studio news, if you opt in.
Provide support, and operate and secure the App.
Meet legal obligations.
3. How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only to run the App:
Payment processor — card and transaction details, to complete purchases and refunds.
Notification providers — Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service.
Service providers — vendors who host or support the App, bound to protect your data.
Legal — where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep your information while your account is active, and for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
